All my .torrents files are in error

Torrent files are in red error

  • If all your files are in red, there may be several reasons.


  • The error message : No data found is displayed: It is indicated that the .torrent file does not manage to find the data which it is supposed to share.

Generally this error is caused by:

  1. A disappearance of files (via FTP or via file manager). In this case, data are definitively deleted, it is necessary to re-download these data.
  2. Change data directory, rename for files or directories,
    1. Right-click on the .torrent from the sharing interface and click "Set download folder".
    2. Please be careful, this access path must begin with /home/your_login/the_new_folder.
    3. Click on "verify" from taskbar, then validate.
  3. A deletion or a modification of the NFO file. In this case, you get an error because total weight does not match anymore to that has been registered for the torrent, even if it is a question some Kb.


  • The error mesage : No space left :
  1. This message indicates that you do not get any storage left to continue to exchange data.
    1. To delete data, you can use FTP, transfer interface or Nextcloud.
  • Free space is available immediately, display quota can take up to 30 minutes to be updated.
  • To know how much data are store,go to your Seedbox manager, you will find in seedbox® manager homepage, above on the left, an indication concerning the available storage.
  • It is the only value to be taken into account for your space of storage.
  • When data has been deleted, freed space storage is available immediately. However, storage indicated value is uptaded regularily.
