My service is suspended. What to do ?
- To settle your bill, simply connect to your manager, then Click on "Billing" thumbnail.
- Choose the invoice marked as "Unpaid" and proceed to the payment of it by clicking on the paypal logo or your credit card logo.
(You must click on the logos located on top of your bills.)
- You can also use the "Add funds” function to see your bill paid automatically.
- In this case, the addition of funds must be made before invoice issuance.
- If you encountered some issu to renew it, you can contact us via ticket support or "Live Chat" available from your manager.
