How renew a Service
Renewing your service can be operate in three ways.
- If when you register, you have purchased a recurring payment through Paypal,
The renewal is automatic. Don't make any manuel payement.
- It is stated in your invoice reminder:
"Your Seedbox is currently automaticaly renew. The amount we will be sent directly via PayPal. "
- However if a payement is manually issued, it will be automatically added to your credit.
- If when your rgistered you have not subscribe a recurring payement,
Renewing your service is not automatic.
- At the end of each subscription cycle, you must manually make the payment for your service.
Add funds
- It allows you, without subscribing a recurring payment, to see your invoice paid automatically for the period you choose.
- Very easy to use, you choose the amount to be added into your account, it will be credited immediately and paying your invoice automatically on available credit.
- the amount to be added may vary between 10 € and 100 €
- This add should be done prior to the issuance of your invoice, so at least 11 days before the end of your service.
- In any case, you can to renew a service make a new order.
- This would open a new service without renewing your current one.
