Transfert interface display "unreachable" message

- If, when you connect, you receive this message:
It seems a problem happens ... Seedbox unreachable !
- You can directly from your manager, make a Reboot.
- For this, please go to your manager, then click on"Advanced Configuration",
- Click Reboot.
- The process for restoring service takes about 15 minutes.
- If, despite your reboot, your service is still unreachable, do not hesitate to contact us.
