• On settlement via Paypal, it has been observed that occasionally, the Paypal page may return the following error message:

Temporary difficulties prevent us from performing this operation.
Please excuse us for the inconvenience. Please try again later.
If this error occurred during payment, avoid duplicate payments by checking your   Account Overview before repeating the operation.

• Paypal get a temporary problem.

• You can directly contact Paypal,

or,

1. Try to empty your webbroswer cache.
2. Delete also cookies, if the previous option does not work.
3. In both cases, you must close and reopen your browser for the changes to take effect.
4. If these operations doesn't work, you need to contact Paypal.
