Connecting to the customer area

Formulaire de connexion

Fill in the following

  • 1 - Email Registration
  • 2 - Password (case sensitive / lower case)
  • 3 - Request a password reset

Click on login to access to the customer area.

Options:

  • If you have forgotten your password, just click on, Request a password reset,
  • Fill your email address in the case, and then you will receive a new password.

Remember Me: To avoid having to fill out the form again

You will receive by email instructions to get a new password.

After logging in, you access your manager, which provides access to all elements on the site:

  1. My account allow you :
    1. To change password and email ONLY to access to www.seedbox.fr
    2. To contact support.
  2. My billing area allow you :
    1. To access to your bills area,
    2. To add funds in order to see bill automatically paid.
    3. To activate Affiliate account and manage your affiliate.
  3. Here, you return to your seedbox pack.
  4. A resume is shown for invoice and ticket.

The Control Panel

Select your Seedbox service, then access to your seedbox service.

  1. Use this link to access your data and make the changes you want on the files.
  2. Use this link to directly manage your torrents (Adding, deleting, paused ...).
  3. Use this link to get your login details or to enable or disable external access to your server and to access to our Extentions.
  4. Use this link to change your server localization, to change your Transmission client version.
  • Reboot, this function available in advanced setup allows you to reboot your server when it is inaccessible.

  • In Advanced Configuration, you can change your server localization,

  • You can choose the client version .

Data management is where your torrent data are stored.

Change your email

You can modify your email from the tab Email Updates in the menu

  • 1 Enter your new adress email,


  • 2 And click on Modifiy

Change password to acces to website

Here, you can change your password ONLY to acces to Seedbox.fr.

To change your ftp, or transmission-remote password, you need to send a request to support.

  1. Enter your current password,
  2. Enter your new password,
  3. Confirm it,
  4. Validate the change or cancel it.

  • By clicking on Contact support, you can make a request to our technical team.
  • Please choose first, witch department to contact,
  • Then be as accurate as possible, for example you can include your error message or all details to help us to solve your issue.
  • You can also add screen-shot with your message.

  • Here, you'll find all of your bills, paid, unpaid, on hold or canceled.

  • To pay a bill awaiting settlement, simply click on your invoice number and choose your payment method above.
  1. Invoice number
  2. Invoice Date
  3. Due date
  4. Total due
  5. Balance, shows you if you get some credit left
  6. Invoice Status.

Add funds to your credit balance

  • You can add funds in order that your bill is automatically paid when issued.
  • The process is very simple and takes only a few moments.

  1. The amount minimum to make a deposit is 10 Euros.
  2. The amount maximum to make a deposit is 100 Euros.
  3. Shows you how you have in your credit balance
  4. Enter here the amount to add
  5. Payment method is paypal.
  6. Click on add funds to confirm your deposit, you will be now redirected on Paypal.
