DHT&PEX

What mean "DHT and PEX"?

• This option will allow you to exchange data with peers without your service be connected to a tracker.

• The result is that service is more secure and the transfers are faster with public tracker.

• However, it is strongly recommended to not enable this option if you use a private tracker (which count ratio).

• Indeed, in this case, it may happen that some ratio will be lost because data will not be sent to the tracker.

By default, DHT and PEX are disabled . If you do not know if you have it enabled or not:

1. Go to your manager, then click on " transfer interface"
2. Click on the icon shaped key at the bottom left to view options .
3. Click on the "Network" tab
4. Finally, check that DHT and PEX are activated or not ,depending on your need.
5. Change must be saved in folder dictionnary

• You can also manage this option via your transfer interface.
