Error 401
- This message means that there is an error with the login or password used.
- Your login is available in your manager, also in the welcome email sent when you registered.
- If you need a new password, we can modify it.
- You can send a ticket with this new password, or we can also give you an auto-generated password.
- It will be sent to email address given when you registered.
