403 error
You get this error code certainly because oustide access has not been activated.
- Before using remote transmission, you must allow "outside access".
- Go to your manager, then click on this icon :
- Then, click the selector (accès extérieur), the icon turn into purple
- If you still get this issu, do not hesitate to send a support ticket or open a Chat session.
If your service is a Premium
Outside access is automaticaly activated.
