Automatic Paypal payment

Automatic PayPal payment is a function that allows to supply automatically your credit on Seedbox.fr.

• Each month, on a given date , your PayPal account will send to ours the amount provided, automatically.

• We are not involved in this process, our system only receives the Paypal payment information and then credit your account.

• It is therefore not a levy, but an automatic payment . Under no circumstances we are able to take some money on your PayPal account.

• It may happen that an overpayment be made :

If there are two automatic payments recorded on PayPal, it will send us scheduled payment as many times as defined.

This happens when you pay your bill manually twice choosing the automatic payment .

In this case you should remove the automatic payments directly on PayPal from the preferences for your PayPal account.

If you paid manually while an automatic payment was scheduled .

PayPal will then send automatic scheduled payment, even if you have manually made your renewal .

• In all cases

If an overpayment comes to us ( see above ), the ' overpayment ' is automatically added to your credit.

This means that you can make a renewal or a new order and no payments will be required ( within the limits of funds available to credit) .

However, even if the ' overpayment has been placed in your credit and an automatic payment is still active, your PayPal account will continue to send funds to the given date .

That is why it is recommended to check directly into your PayPal account whether or not an automatic payment .

• In case of double renewal

• You just want a refund of overpaid and continue to renew your services automatically :

Ask directly to commercial support reimbursement for overpayment .

The following month it does not have to pay the billing notice manually.

• If you want to use the credit available for your next renewal , you must cancel the automatic PayPal payment and your service will automatically be renewed next month.

• Important Note

We do not refund any automatic payments for early termination.
Any period started is due, it's your responsibility to cancel the automatic payment before the term indicated in the billing reminders.
