Plex service

Prerequisite

• This service i only available with premium pack.

• To use it, it is necessary to possess an account at Plex.
• Create a free account, do not hesitate to follow this link: https://www.plex.tv/fr/sign-up/

Configuration

First step

1. Click since the manager on " PLEX " thumbnail.
   1. A quick introduction indicates to you how Plex works.

Second step

1. Give a name to your plex server,
2. Tick " Allow Me to access my media outside my home ",
3. And click on "Next" to validate.

• You can have additional applications,
• Choose or not, to send data to plex,
• Validate your choices by clicking "Finish".

Last Step

• This service works via libraries.
• To have your documents via Plex, create your first library.

1. Click on "Add Library

1. Select media type,
2. Click on "Next",
3. Browse your media folder,

1. Then, "Broswe".

1. In "Add Folder" windows,
2. Click on "data" folder

• To store your files according to their types :

1. Create specific directories on your seedbox manager. (take back names proposed by PLEX)
2. Then, from PLEX, click on "Add a library".
3. Naviguate in "DATA" folder, Choose a sub-folder(Music, Photo),
4. Validate by clicking "Add the library".

Update PLEX or reset access

• Plex requests regular updates.

You can do this from your Seedbox.fr management console.

1. Go to the "Advancé" thumbnail,
2. Click on "Reset".
3. Follow the directions on the screen.
