Subscription cancellation
- At the end of the pre-paid period, the customer is asked to renew its subscription.
- Without payment after service suspension, accommodation is permanently deleted.
If an automatic payment is active, it is imperative to remove it directly in your PayPal account.
- It must be done before the invoice will be available. Generally ten days before service ending.
