Tracker did not respond

This message indicates that your service does not receive a response from the tracker.
Several solutions are available, priority should, try to change your service location .
- Go to your manager,
- Then, click on "Advanced Settings",
- Choose a different one currently selected country.
- Validate your choice by clicking Update
If the problem persists, it will be necessary to contact the team who manages tracker concerned.
