This message indicates that your service does not receive response from tracker.

Several solutions are available, priority should, try to change your service location .

  1. Go to your manager,
  2. Then, click on "Advanced Settings",
  3. Choose a different one currently selected country.
  4. Validate your choice by clicking Update

If the problem persists, it will be necessary to contact the team who manages tracker concerned.
