  • If, when you connect, you receive this message:
It seems a problem happens ...
Service unreachable !
  • You can directly from your manager, make a Reboot.
  • For this, please go to your manager, then click on"Advanced Configuration",
  • Click Reboot.
  • The process for restoring service can take up to ten minutes.
  • If, despite reboot, service is still unreachable, do not hesitate to contact us.
