- Number of peers applicants ( usually called " leechs " )
- Peer connections quality
- Number of Sources
Furthermore, transmission speed is a subjective element ,it is therefore recommended to be based on the ratio and that , on a given period (E.g. 48 hours).
To ensure a good ratio, it must be based on supply and demand.
