Service Error Meaning Résolution
Transmission/Plugin 401 Login or Password error. You can find your login through "Details" thumbnail.

Via this thumbnail you will be able to change service password.

Transmission/Plugin 403 Outside access is not activated. From your seedbox management console, click on "Avance" thumbnail.

Clic on selector, it becomes purple.

Transmission/Plugin 405 plugin error config From your plugin, tick "Use ssl" box"
Transmission/Plugin "Tracker did not respond" ou "Could not connect to the tracker" Your service do not get connection to tracker. If your tracker is ok, you can change seedbox "Localization". It will display a new IP.
FTP 530 Login authentication failed Login or Password error You can find your login through "Details" thumbnail.

Via this thumbnail you will be able to change service password.

FTP 421 I can't accept more than 5 connections as the same user Too much simultaneous connexion. You get 5 ftp connexion From Edition", then, "Parameters", in "Transfert" set the max simultaneous transfer.
FTP Error : Time out/ MLSD is shown Network error Check that 21 port is available from network where you are connected.
Proxy Following proxy activation, no acces to Internet. Please be sure to use good connexion details. You need to use personnalized login and password.

VPN VPN is activated, but ip remain the same. X VPN is not intended to change your IP. It creates a secure tunnel between two sites.

To change ip, use proxy service.

VPN VPN is well configured, but there is no internet connexion X You need to change DNS
Storage No space Left Storage is full You need to delete data to recover new one
Storage Quota value displayed on P2P interface differs from the one displayed in my manager. Quota displayed on your P2P interface only takes into account the files on this interface.

If you have stored files that are no longer shared, they are not taken into account via this quota. In any case, refer to the quota displayed on the home page of your Seedbox manager.

Storage Quota Quota remain the same even if data are deleted. When data are deleted, storage space is immediately available, but, display quota is updated every 30 minutes.
