How do I add an attachment in a message towards the support?

To do this, after having :
- Indicated the message subject,
- Selected the service concerned,
- Written your message towards the support,
- You can also add an attachment.
- Click Browse (4)
then,
- Select from your computer the file to attach to your message.
Only files with the following extensions are accepted. (Extensions allowed:. Jpg, gif, jpeg, png...)
