How do I add an attachment in a message towards the support?

  • When you send a message towards the support, you can add an attachment.

To do this, after having :


  1. Indicated the message subject,
  2. Selected the service concerned,
  3. Written your message towards the support,


  • You can also add an attachment.


  • Click Browse (4)

then,

  • Select from your computer the file to attach to your message.
Only files with the following extensions are accepted.
   (Extensions allowed:. Jpg, gif, jpeg, png...)
