- This message means that you no longer have enough space to collect data related to the .torrent file
- You will need to delete data to recover exchange data capacity .
- For this you can use an FTP Software or use your Manager to Delete_Files
Tracker did not respond or connection failed
- In the window transfer , by double click on the torrent concerned, you access the to file details, so you can find any error messages with the tracker.
- This message can be "Could not connect to tracker" type or "Tracker did not responds"
- In these cases, the message means that service do not receive a response from tracker.
- Several solutions are available, priority should try to change your service localization : How to change your server ip
- If the problem persists, it will be necessary to contact the team who manage the concerned tracker to inform them for this issue.
No data found
- This message indicates that the .torrent file can not find data that it is supposed to share.
- This error is caused by :
- Erasing files (via FTP or File Explorer)
- Displacement data (change directory)
- A renaming for files or directories
- User who wants to share the torrent on another tracker, deleted or modified the .NFO (or other) file. In this case, the error is that the total weight does not correspond to that recorded by the .torrent (even if it is few KB).
- To summarize, you should consider the following items:
- A .torrent file is associated with data (contained in your storage space) and these should never be altered, modified or deleted. Otherwise you will not be able to share them.
- If, you decide to put data in new folder, you must change directory from this torrent through web interface.
- Directory must always start as that : /home/your_login/new_folder.
- If you want to change data content to share your own files, you must also re-create the torrent file according to the instructions provided by your tracker.
