Credentials are not recognized

To connect to www.seedbox.fr

1. You must use email chosen when registering your account and the password associated to it.
2. Password chosen when you have indicated your account details.
   1. It can be change through connexion thumbnail, click on "Forgot" to change it.

To use Seedbox services

• For all Seedbox services (FTP, proxy, Nextcloud, plugins..), it will be necessary to use login and password personalized when ordering the pack.

• Your login can be find in "Details" thumbnail (available in your seedbox management console) .
• If you can not find the password for Seedbox services, you will have to change it.

   

• To change your password:

• From Details thumbnail :

1. Enter your new password.
   1. It must meet all the requirements (Almost one capital letter and one number. No special characters).
   2. Click on "Send".
   3. It take about 5 minutes to be change.

To login to Safe place

1. It will be necessary to use registration email to seedbox.fr
2. And the password for Seedbox services.
