Credentials are not recognized

To connect to the site www.seedbox.fr

1. You must use the email chosen when registering your account and the password associated to it.
2. Password chosen when you have indicated your details.
   1. It can be change through connexion thumbnail, click on "Forgot" to change it.

To use Seedbox services

• For all Seedbox services (FTP, proxy, Nextcloud, plugins..), it will be necessary to use login and password personalized when ordering the pack.

• Your login can be find in "Details" thumbnail .
• If you can not find the password for Seedbox services, you will have to change it.

   

• To change your password:

• From Details thumbnail :

1. Enter your new password.
   1. It must meet all the requirements.
   2. Click on "Send".

To login to Safe place

1. It will be necessary to use the registration email to seedbox.fr
2. And the password for Seedbox services.
