With Seedbox.fr, you can store all your files online and share them with who you want. This page guides you to use your Manager from the storage space on your server online.

Accessing your Manager home screen

Go to the File Manager service by clicking on the button number 8, interface access from the panel summarizing your Seedbox.

Your manager will open,

access the Management Service files by clicking the icon

To log in you will need your login and password.

They are available in your manager behind the Details button (No. 6).

You can check the box remember me.

Once your credentials are entered, your interface manager opens.

The home screen of your manager

It contains all of what you have downloaded online, or uploaded from your computer to your server.

Your manager can contain multiple files.

Music files, movies or pictures.

The language choice

the default language of your manager is French, to modify it, click login, a menu appears, click language,

then choose one that suits you

The taskbar

Present on all your interface the task bar allows you to make all the changes you want made to your files.

It includes all the actions you can have on your files.

The different icons in the task bar

You can choose to display your file either in list or thumbnails.

Allows you to transfer your files from your personal hard drive to your server.

Allows you to create a new folder on your server.

To do this, click on the icon, a window appears:

then enter the name you want to give it.

Allows you to upload your files and folders.

To do this select the files to download, these are in highlighted.

Changes the name of your folders and files.

To copy a file or folder

Moves a file or folder to another directory.

Deletes a file or directory.

Allows you to open your files (music or photos) with an external program.

Upload icon

This feature allows you to store various content to your server instead of the your computer hard drive.

After clicking the icon a new window opens . Choose the files you want to store on your server by clicking Browse.

Extracting an archive. Zip Your manager allows you to make your extraction .Zip archive online.

No need to get your archive then unpack it, your manager takes care of everything. To do this, select the archive you want to extract.

This one appears in highlighted.

Once selected, your task bar gives you several choices.

Download your archive on your hard drive.

Or

Extract your archive directly on the hard drive of your server.

At this point, you must choose your destination folder. Once it is chosen, your archive will unpack and will be available in the selected directory

Once your selected files, it'll just send them to your server by clicking on the Send.

Music

Play your music content online.

From your manager, click the box

and choose your music folder by clicking it.

On the right side of the manager, a window opens with the musical contents of your file.

Clicking on one of your file, the player at the bottom left of your interface opens

and gives you access to multiple information such as artist name or title and the size of your music file.

You just have to click on play to play the song online.

The second part of the player includes all the actions you can have on your file

When you click to listen the directory, a new window opens.

It includes your playlist

You can also choose the song you want to listen.

Images

View and share photos with friends

You can view photos from your manager

To do this, click the box

and select your file by clicking on pictures, it will be highlighted and its contents are displayed in your interface

the picture you have chosen, will appear in your player

You will find in the first part of the player, information about your photo files such as name, file, type, and finally the file size.

In the second part of the player, are displayed, the resolution of your photo file, and the various actions you may have on it.

You can also use the viewer. To do this click on the picture you want to watch, this one opens in a new window.

Many choices are available through the task bar.

Online image editing

Your manager has a specific tool for image editing online.

To access it right click on your file, a menu opens, click Pixlr Image Editor.

Your image opens in a new window, then you can make all the changes you want.

Create your online image

To do this, access the menu

Click to create a new image,

The image editor then appears

You can then create a new image.

You have access from your interface to other image editing software.

Sharing your data with your Manager

(WebDAV must be enabled).

Your manager has a very simple function to share your data with friends and family. Click the file or folder you want to share, this one will be highlighted

Right click with your mouse on the selected file.

A menu opens.

To share your file, click share icon

A new window opens containing the link that you send.

For forward this link, click the icon

Open your mail and just enter the address of the recipient.

Overview of shared items

To do this, you need to change options in the dropdown menu. You must move from "home" to "shared items".

Here are listed all the files that you shared with people.

Managing your files

Delete content

Your manager has a basket

The content you delete will be sent to trash. This way you can at this time restore it again.

To remove content, first choose the content you want to delete. To do this click on the icon or folder to delete, then it appears highlighted.

By holding down the CTRL key, you can select multiple folders and files at once. After you select the files and folders you want to delete,

you can delete them by dragging them to the trash icon.

The bookmark manager

Your manager includes a bookmark manager.

Very easy to use, select the file to be marked as a favorite, then click on the icon represented by a yellow star.

To instantly find your favorites, simply make a click on this icon.

To transfer a file or folder directly, without a format archive.

Select the file, this one is highlighted. Then right-click, a menu appears, you just have to click on download

Retrieve large volumes of file. Zip

To do this, select the data you want to recover on your hard drive. Selected files and folders appear highlighted. You only have to click the icon located in the task bar. The download starts automatically.

Decompress your files

From your manager you can unzip the files of type. Zip. To do this: Select the file to decompress it highlighted, right click on it and choose extract function in the menu that appears.

The website interface is compatible with all browsers.

However, access to certain features is disabled for Internet Explorer.

Seedbox.fr recommends http://www.google.com/chrome

The Seedbox control panel is compatible with all browsers.

subscription period

Seedbox subscriptions are taken for a minimum period of one month.

Renewal is not automatic, a manual payment is required each month.

When paying by bank transfer, the average time is 6 to 10 days.

How to renew your server

Ten days before the end of the subscription, an invoice is posted in the customer area. An email is sent to the customer at the same time to prevent this provision.

The payment of this invoice must be done before the end of the subscription, ten days at most after its issuance.

Payments

To pay your invoice you have two options:

Checkout

This is a manual payment for a full month.

At the end of the period of use, you will receive an email inviting you to renew the service. If you want to continue using the service, you simply pay this invoice. In case of cancellation, simply ignore this reminder, the Seedbox account will be automatically canceled.

subscribe

This method uses the automatic payment. Each month the site will contact PayPal to make an automatic withdrawal. Seedbox.fr does not debit a bank account. Seedbox.fr performs automatic payments via PayPal only.

Automatic payments are to supply a pool of funds available to pay your bills. If you cancel a Seedbox definitely, it is essential to cancel the automatic sending in your Paypal account (My Preferences / My preapproved payments). Otherwise, PayPal will continue to make the payment. The money collected will be added to your balance (and available for payment of accounts or ordering a new Seedbox). Seedbox.fr does not pay automatic payments.
